切脉针灸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效及疗效与经络能量相关性研究

Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome infertility clinical efficacy and the correlation between the efficacy and meridian energy

目的观察切脉针灸治疗肥胖型(肾虚痰湿)多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic Ovarian Syndrome,PCOS)不孕症的临床疗效,探索临床效果与其经络能量的相关性,为PCOS不孕症的治疗提供新思路。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月在解放军联勤保障部队桂林康复疗养中心就诊的106例肥胖型(肾虚痰湿型)PCOS不孕症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例。观察组给予来曲唑+针灸治疗、对照组给予来曲唑。比较两组疗效,治疗前后血清卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、身体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)、LH/FSH,双手同名井穴知热感度测量差值。结果观察组的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清LH、BMI水平及LH/FSH均下降,观察组血清LH、BMI水平及LH/FSH均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后双手同名井穴测量差值均明显小于治疗前,观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切脉针灸治疗肥胖型(肾虚痰湿)PCOS不孕症疗效更佳,进一步改善患者临床症状,具有良好的发展前景。经络能量作为临床疗效评价指标具有可行性,可根据双手井穴温度失衡情况指导切脉针灸治疗肥胖型(肾虚痰湿)PCOS,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pulse-cutting acupuncture in the treatment of obesity(kidney deficiency,phlegm,and dampness)polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)infertility and explore the association between the clinical effect and its meridian energy to provide new strategies for the treatment of PCOS infertility.Methods A total of 106 obese(kidney-deficiency,phlegm-damp type)PCOS infertility patients who were treated in our rehabilitation center from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=53)and observation group(n=53).The observation group was given letrozole+acupuncture,and the control group was given letrozole alone.Then the curative effect in the two groups was compared.The serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),body mass index(BMI),LH/FSH,and the difference of the thermal sensitivity measurement of the hands with the same name at Jing points before and after treatment were measured.Results The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of in the control group(P<0.05).Serum LH,BMI,and LH/FSH levels were decreased after treatment in the two groups.Serum LH,BMI and LH/FSH levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the measured difference of the two well points with the same name on both hands was significantly smaller than before treatment,and the observation group was smaller than that of in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulse-cutting acupuncture was more effective in treating obese(kidney deficiency,phlegm,and dampness)PCOS infertility,and further improved the clinical symptoms of patients.It has a good development prospect.Meridian energy is feasible as a clinical efficacy evaluation index.Pulse-cutting acupuncture can be used to guide the treatment of obese(kidney deficiency,phlegm,and dampness)PCOS based on the temperature imbalance of the good points of both hands.It is worthy of promotion.
