摘要 大学"五唯"评价由来已久,对我国高等教育发展产生了严重的负面影响。究其原因,在于长期以来对西方主导的大学排行做法的盲目追逐。大学排行崇拜实际上已经成为制约中国大学健康发展的枷锁。破除"五唯",关键是要打破大学排行榜对大学办学的实际绑架。未来,高等教育评价既要放眼世界,更要"以我为主",构建符合中国发展利益的评价体系;应强调"为我所用",以对立德树人和服务我国经济社会发展的贡献度作为高等教育评价体系的最高标准;需优化和完善当前正在实施的"双一流"建设方略,全面清理已有的各种评价机制,取缔对标大学排行榜指标体系的各种限制性要求;要设立和规范以中国需求为主导的学术成果发布平台;当构建面向中国共产党的建设、中国思想政治理论课、中国历史文化教育等领域的单独评价指标体系。 The "five-only" evaluation has a long history,which has a far-reaching negative impact on the development of higher education in China.The reason lies in the blind pursuit of western-dominated university ranking for a long time.In fact,the university ranking workship has become a shackle restricting the healthy development of Chinese universities.To get rid offive-only,it is necessary to break the actual situation of the university ranking.The evaluation of higher education should focus on both China and the world.It is urgent to construct an evaluation system of higher education in line with China’s development interests.It should be emphasized to serve our country’s economic and social development as the highest standard of evaluation system.We should improve the strategy of "double-first-class" construction,clean up all kinds of existing evaluation mechanisms,and ban the restrictive requirements that meet the system of university ranking.In addition,we should set up and standardize the publishing platform of academic achievements led by China’s demand.Furthermore,a separate evaluation system should be developed for special areas such as Chinese ideological and political theory courses,historical and cultural education,and other related fields.
