摘要
劳动乃人类的基本存在方式,是人类物质文明与精神文明的缔造者,具有深厚的价值意蕴。劳动教育作为全面发展教育体系的重要一环,旨在使教育对象树立新时代劳动教育价值观,获取劳动知识,习得劳动技能,涵养劳动态度。劳动分工与劳动形态的转变导致劳动教育出现认知机械化、目标工具化、主体单一化、实践去生活化等问题。为激发劳动教育内在生命力,推动劳动教育不落空、不跑偏、不变味,劳动教育亟需促进脑体并用,深化劳动教育内涵;强化系统设计,再造劳动教育体系;重视自我实现,内化劳动教育功能;实现多维融合,转变劳动教育逻辑。
As the basic way of human existence,human labor is the founder of material and spiritual civilizations with profound value implications.Labor education is an important part of building a comprehensive education system for cultivating talents,which aims at setting up the values of labor education in the new era,acquiring labor knowledge and labor skills,and cultivating labor attitude.The change in the division and form of labor leads to some problems in labor education,such as cognitive skills,goal oriented,subject simplification,and practice elimination.In order to promote labor education so that it does not fail,deviate or change,labor education needs to promote the combination of intelligence and practice,and deepen the connotation of labor education.In addition,it is required to strengthen system design,reconstitute labor education system,pay attention to self-actualization and internalize the function of labor education,realize multidimensional integration,change the logic,and stimulate the intrinsic vitality of labor education.
