卓越大学院计划:着眼“世界一流”的日本博士生教育改革

The World-leading Innovative Graduate Study Program:Focusing on the World Class Doctoral Education Reform in Japan

2018年日本启动"卓越大学院计划",旨在培养具有引领创新、国际视野的世界一流水平博士生人才,从而进一步提高日本教育、科技竞争力。该计划有着典型特征:着眼"世界一流",坚持"宁缺毋滥";服务日本战略布局,鼓励跨学科、跨机构合作;加强管理,确保项目可持续发展;拓展全球视野,倡导国际合作;注重博士培养目标多元,加强后备力量培养等。日本"卓越大学院计划"的创新举措,不但提高了日本博士生就读体验,而且对日本科学研究水平的提高产生了积极影响,也为我国"双一流"建设背景下博士生培养质量的提升提供了借鉴。

In 2018,Japan launched the World-leading Innovative Graduate Study Program,which aims to cultivate world-class doctoral talents with leading innovation and international perspectives,so as to further improve the education,and scientific and technological competitiveness in Japan,and enhance its international status.The program has typical features:focusing on the world-class,and insisting on moderation rather than excess;serving the strategic layout plan of Japan by encouraging interdisciplinary and inter-agency cooperation;strengthening management to ensure the sustainable development of the project;expanding global perspectives and advocating international cooperation,pay attention to the diversification of doctoral training objectives and strengthen the training of reserve forces and other typical characteristics.The innovative measures of Japan’s World-leading Innovative Graduate Study Program has not only improved the experience of Japanese doctoral students,but it also has a positive impact on the improvement of the level of Japanese scientific research.It also provides a reference for improving the quality of doctoral students under the background of double first-class construction in China.
