新课改理念下的初中教学管理研究

Research on Junior Middle School Teaching Management under the Concept of NewCurriculum Reform

在日常教学过程中,由于很多教师缺乏教育思想上的转变,对新课程目标的要求研究得不够透彻,理解也不到位,导致初中教育管理工作难以取得实质性的突破。教师在加大对初中学生教授基础理论知识的同时,还应该加强对初中学生的素质教育,培养初中学生应该具备的各种能力。

In the daily teaching process,due to the lack of educational ideological changes of many teachers,the research on the requirements of the new curriculum objectives is not thorough enough,and the understanding is not in place,which makes it difficult to make substantive breakthroughs in the management of junior high school education.Teachers should strengthen the quality education of junior high school students while increasing the basic theoretical knowledge to junior high school students,and cultivate the various abilities that junior high school students should possess.
