摘要
现阶段风冷冰箱采用的蒸发器主要是以管翅式为主,除了现有的斜排、直排管翅式蒸发器外,近年来还衍生出斜胀、小管径、螺旋管等新型管翅式蒸发器,通过从工艺、成本、性能(单体仿真、单体换热量测试和整机测试)、使用可靠性方面系统的进行对比,分析各个类型管翅式蒸发器的特点和优劣,为后续冰箱管翅式蒸发器的应用提供建议。
At present,the evaporator used in the air-cooled refrigerator is mainly tube-fin type,in addition to the existing oblique row,inline tube-fin evaporator,in recent years,new tube-fin evaporators have been developed,dilatation,small tube diameter,spiral tube,etc.Analyze the characteristics and advantages of various types of fin-and-tube evaporators through systematic comparison in terms of process,cost,performance(monomer simulation,monomer heat exchange test and whole machine test single unit)and reliability,so as to provide suggestions for the subsequent application of fin-and-tube evaporators in refrigerators.
