大兴机场高级场面活动引导系统的总体设计

Overall Design of Advanced Scene Activity Guidance System in Daxing Airport

针对大型复杂机场场面运行存在安全、效率问题,研究攻克自动路由规划、冲突预警与解脱、滑行灯光引导等关键技术,研制国内首套具备ICAO A-SMGCS Ⅳ级标准的高级场面活动引导系统(A-SMGCS),提供对机场场面航空器和车辆的定位、识别和跟踪的监视服务、机场场面态势预警告警服务、路由规划服务、灯光引导服务,实现在所有天气条件下的机场空侧交通的安全、有序和高效运行。该系统成功应用于北京大兴机场,支撑其成为全球首个实现全场、全天候灯光引导的机场,技术水平国内领先、国际先进。

In view of the safety and efficiency problems existing in the surface operation of large and complex airports,this paper studies and overcomes the key technologies such as automatic route planning,conflict early warning and relief,taxi light guidance,and develops the first set of advanced surface activity guidance system(A-SMGCS) with ICAO A-SMGCS level Ⅳ standard in China,so as to realize the situation monitoring,alarm control and Route planning and aircraft taxiing light guidance to improve the safety and efficiency of surface operation.It has successfully applied the all-weather lighting system in Beijing airport and become the first all-weather support system in the world.
