黄浦江堤防及亲水设施防船舶撞击措施探讨

摘要 近年来黄浦江两岸贯通后防汛墙及亲水设施受往来船舶撞击致损的事件时有发生。随着新一轮黄浦江综合功能开发和亲水品质的不断提高,撞击事件造成的安全隐患引发越来越多的社会关注。该文系统分析船舶撞击事故发生原因,从工程措施和非工程措施两方面提出防撞机制探讨,所提出的各项措施能够降低显著撞击事件发生概率,有效控制防汛墙被撞后所带来的影响,有利于滨江堤防精细化管理水平的再提升。 The flood prevention walls on both sides of the Huangpu River have been damaged by collisions with ships from time to time.With the continuous improvement of the comprehensive functional positioning and hydrophilic quality of the Huangpu River,the potential safety hazards caused by the collision incident have attracted more and more social attention.This paper systematically analyzes the causes of ship collision accidents,and proposes the perfect ideas for the anti-collision mechanism from two aspects:engineering measures and non-management measures.The measures proposed in this paper can reduce the probability of significant impact events,effectively control the impact of the flood wall after being hit,and help improve the level of dike management.
