The Historical Logic of Community of Shared Life and Its Legality of Governance

生命是共同体存在和治理的底线理由。每一个人的生命存续和繁荣,既是人类构成共同体的历史动力,也是共同体治理的原初理由。作为自然界的一部分,人类与自然界中一切生命主体构成了生命共同体,在索取和创造的平衡中维持人类与自然界共在的条件。作为社会关系的总和,人类个体又与他人的生命构成了休戚与共的人类命运共同体,在社会关系中互为健康发展的条件,但是在过去一切基于私人占有和私人利益的共同体形态中,生命的价值并不能在共同体治理过程中得到完整的呈现。社会主义制度为人类提供了重构生命共同体及其治理道路的方案。始终面向人与自然发展客观规律的科学社会主义,已经在当代中国之治的实践中向人类展示出人与人、人与自然的生命有机统一的发展方向。

Life is the basic legitimacy of community and its governance.The preservation of individual's life is not only the historical driving force for human beings to form a community,but also the original legitimacy of governance.As a part of nature,human beings and the subject of all life in the nature constitute a life community,which maintains the conditions for coexistence between humans and nature in the balance of demand and creation.As the sum of social relations,individual and the lives of others constitute a community of shared human destiny.However,in the former communities based on private ownership and private interests,the value of life cannot be fully recognized in the governance.Socialism provides mankind with a project to reconstruct the life community and its governance path.Scientific socialism has shown the future direction of the organic unity of life between individuals nature in the practice of contemporary governance of China.
