摘要
涡轮流量计因具有精度高、可靠性好、使用方便等优点而被广泛应用于工业测量中。前导流体作为涡轮流量计的主要部件之一,对其测量精度与可靠性具有重要影响。本文通过Fluent数值模拟的方法分析了前导流体不同结构参数对整流效果的影响,考察了叶轮轮毂处的速度分布和流场均匀性,并在此基础上提出了对前导流体结构的改进设计。通过试验方法对比了不同结构参数下涡轮流量计的计量性能指标,验证了改进方案的有效性,为前导流体的改进研究做出了有益探索。
Turbine flowmeters are widely used in industrial measurement because of their high accuracy, good reliability and convenient use.As one of the main components of turbine flowmeter, front diversion body has an important influence on its measurement accuracy and reliability. In this paper, the influence of front diversion body with different structural parameters on the rectification effect is analyzed by using Fluent numerical simulation method. The velocity distribution and flow field uniformity at the impeller hub are investigated. On this basis, the improved design of front diversion body structure is proposed. The measurement performance indexes of turbine flowmeter with different front diversion body structure are compared through experimental test, the feasibility of the improved scheme is verified, and the beneficial exploration is made for the improvement research of front diversion body.
