从少阴枢机论治膜性肾病

Treatment of membranous nephropathy from shaoyin pivot

膜性肾病是临床高发且严重威胁人类健康的肾脏疾病病理类型。文章运用中医学思维,基于《黄帝内经》开阖枢理论,从少阴枢机观点出发,对膜性肾病从辨病论治角度进行了探讨,阐明少阴枢机不利是发病的病机关键,阴阳失调,气机升降失常,寒热失衡,水道不利是其基本病理变化。提出以“和畅少阴枢机,调和阴阳,调畅气机升降,平衡寒热,疏利水道”法治疗,为膜性肾病的治疗提供新思路。

Membranous nephropathy is a type of kidney pathology that has a high clinical incidence and serious threat to human health.Through Chinese medicine thought,based on the theory of opening and closing pivot in Huangdi Neijing,and from the perspective of shaoyin pivot,this article discusses the treatment of membranous nephropathy from the perspective of disease differentiation and treatment,and expounds that shaoyin pivot is the key to the pathogenesis of the disease,including imbalance of yin and yang,abnormal qi movement,imbalance of cold and heat.It is suggested that“harmonizing the pivot of shaoyin,regulating yin and yang,regulating qi,balancing cold and heat,dredging channels”should be used to treat membranous nephropathy,providing a new way for the treatment of membranous nephropathy.
