后疫情时代高职“职业发展与就业指导”课程“融”建设

就业是最大的民生工程、民心工程、根基工程。但对于2020届高职毕业生而言,一场突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情使他们本就艰难的求职经历“雪上加霜”。在疫情防控常态化的形势下,如何广泛利用校内校外资源,组建专业化的职业发展与就业指导师资队伍,打造开放兼容、高效实用的课程体系,创建能够提升学生可持续发展职业技能的实践平台,为高职学生提供“精准”职业发展与就业指导,已经成为一个关乎国计民生的重要课题。

Employment is the biggest livelihood project,the project to win the support of people,and the foundation project.But for the 2020 vocational college graduates,a sudden COVID-19 outbreak has exacerbated their already difficult job search experience.Under the situation of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,how to make extensive use of the resources inside and outside the school,establish a professional teaching team for career development and employment guidance,create an open,compatible,efficient and practical curriculum system,create a practice platform that can cultivate and improve students’sustainable development of vocational skills,and provide accurate career development and employment guidance for higher vocational students,has become an important issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.
