Problems and Reform Proposals of Cultivating Innovative Public Health Talents

新冠肺炎疫情的暴发和持续蔓延,对公共卫生人才素质培养提出新的和更高的要求。高等院校承担着培养创新型公共卫生人才的重任,然而目前的高校公共卫生教育,在目标取向、创新意识、创新实践训练、激励机制等方面存在诸多问题,严重影响公共卫生创新型人才的培养。新时期的公共卫生人才培养应从教学理念、培养方案、培养计划、课程设置、理论和实践教学、第二课堂、教学方法和手段、本科生全程导师制、创新师资队伍、创新环境等进行改革。

The raid and continuous spread of the COVID-19 epidemic have put forward new and higher requirements for the quality training of public health talents.Colleges and universities are responsible for the cultivation of innovative public health talents.However,there are still many problems in target orientation,innovation consciousness,innovation and practice training and incentive mechanism,which seriously affects the cultivation of innovative public health talents.In the new period,the training of public health talents can be improved from the aspects of teaching idea,training plan,curriculum setting,theory and practice teaching content,the second classroom,teaching methods and means,undergraduate tutorial system,innovative teaching staff,innovative environment and so on.
