课程思政融入医学CBL教学课程的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 医学教育的最终目标是培养具备渊博医学基础知识、扎实临床实践功底、高尚仁爱情操和社会责任感的合格医学人才。医疗不良事件的发生不仅使公众对医务人员的职业信任度降低,也给临床医学专业学生带来职业迷茫与困惑。课程思政教育是新时代高校德育工作的根本任务,医学高等教育中如何利用专业课堂教学做好课程思政,是摆在全体专业课教师面前的迫切任务。基于此,主要从医学院校CBL教学中引入思想政治教育的可能性、必要性,以及具体实施方法、课后反思四个方面探讨医学CBL课程开展课程思政的教学思路,以期为医学院校专业课程教学引入思想政治教育提供借鉴。 The ultimate goal of medical education is to train qualified medical talents with profound basic medical knowledge,solid clinical practice skills,noble benevolence spirit and the sense of social responsibility.The occurrence of adverse medical events not only reduces the public’s trust in medical staff,but also brings professional confusion to clinical medical students.“Curriculum ideological and political education”is the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating talents”in colleges and universities in the new era.How to make use of professional classroom teaching to do a good job in“curriculum ideological and political education”is an urgent task in higher medical education for all professional teachers.Based on this,this paper explores the possibility and necessity of introducing ideological and political education into CBL teaching in medical colleges and universities,as well as the specific implementation methods and after-class reflections to explore the teaching ideas of“curriculum ideological and political education”in medical CBL courses,so as to provide a reference for the introduction of“curriculum ideological and political education”into professional courses in medical colleges and universities.
