新工科背景下的机械类人才培养探索--以南京理工大学机械工程专业为例 被引量:5

摘要 在社会经济快速发展的今天,人才的知识结构、能力要素正在发生重大变化。如何加快培养一大批创新型、高素质、复合型人才来满足产业需求,成为中国高等教育改革与发展的新课题。新工科的出现为中国高等教育的未来指明了方向,也提供了更大的机遇。以南京理工大学机械工程专业为例,围绕新工科的教育大背景,在专业现有的建设基础上,对国际化专业教育、学生创新实践能力培养以及教学资源开发进行改造与升级,探索机械类人才培养新模式,为推进我国从制造大国向制造强国的迈进做出贡献。 Nowadays,with the rapid social and economic development,the knowledge structure and the ability elements of talents are undergoing great changes.How to rapidly cultivate a large number of innovative,high-quality and interdisciplinary talents to meet the industrial needs has become a new focus for the reform and development of higher education of China.“Emerging engineering education”points out the direction of development and provides greater opportunities for the future of higher education in China.This paper takes the mechanical engineering major of Nanjing University of Science and Technology as an example,focuses on the educational background of“emerging engineering education”.On the basis of the existing major construction,we transform and upgrade the international professional education,students’innovation and practice ability training and the development of teaching resources,explore the new cultivation model of mechanical talents,in order to make contribution to transform China from a manufacturing power of quantity to the one of quality.
