西北地区“双非”工科院校研究生创新能力的培养 被引量:2

Research on the Innovation Ability Cultivation of Postgraduates in Non-“Double Tops”Engineering Universities of Northwest China

摘要 创新能力是评价研究生培养质量的重要标准之一。西北地区“双非”工科院校,与“双一流”高校、东部发达省份同类高校在生源、经费、教学条件等方面存在明显不足,研究生创新能力培养问题亟待解决。从研究生创新能力内涵与培养要素着手,以兰州理工大学水利工程学科研究生创新能力培养过程中存在的实际问题为切入点,提出基于政策保障、经费保障、课程体系建设、环境氛围营造和学位论文质量保障的解决方案,并取得一定效果,以期为西部经济欠发达地区同类院校研究生创新能力的提升提供参考。 Innovation ability is one of the important indicators to evaluate the quality of postgraduate education.There are obvious differences between the non-“double tops”engineering universities in Northwest China and“double first-class”universities and similar universities in the eastern developed provinces in terms of students sources,funds and laboratory conditions,etc.It is urgent to solve the problem of the innovation ability cultivation of postgraduates for the non-“double tops”engineering universities in Northwest China.Starting from the connotation and training elements of graduate innovation ability,and based on the practical problems existing in the process of postgraduate innovation ability training of water conservancy engineering major of Lanzhou University of Technology,this paper puts forward some solutions based on policy guarantee,fund guarantee,curriculum system construction,environmental atmosphere creation and quality guarantee of degree thesis,in order to provide a reference for the improvement of graduate innovation ability training of similar universities in economically underdeveloped areas in western China.
