皓齿微研磨糊剂联合美白系统漂白氟斑牙的疗效观察

The effect of Haochi micro grinding paste combined with whitening system on bleaching dental fluorosis

目的对皓齿微研磨糊剂联合美白系统漂白氟斑牙的疗效进行观察,分析其临床应用价值.方法选择2018年1月—2020年12月在福建医科大学附属漳州市医院确诊为氟斑牙并进行美白治疗的70例患者作为观察对象,依据单双号将患者随机分为2组各35例并给予不同的美白方案进行治疗,进行皓齿微研磨糊剂治疗的组别记为A组,使用皓齿微研磨糊剂联合美白系统治疗的组别记为B组.观察2组患者牙齿美白效果、漂白前后牙齿敏感(使用疼痛分级指数比较)及氟斑牙漂白满意度.结果A组患者轻度氟斑牙漂白总有效率为95.00%,B组患者为96.83%,组间不具有统计学差异(P>0.05);B组患者中度氟斑牙漂白总有效率为90.12%,明显高于A组的74.36%,差异显著(P<0.05);B组患者重度氟斑牙漂白总有效率为82.26%,明显高于A组的57.81%,差异显著(P<0.05).A、B2组患者氟斑牙漂白前、漂白后即刻及漂白后1周VAS评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),漂白1周后2组患者VAS评分基本恢复至漂白前水平.B组患者氟斑牙漂白效果满意度为88.57%,明显高于A组的68.57%,差异显著(P<0.05).结论皓齿微研磨糊剂联合美白系统漂白中度、重度氟斑牙的效果要明显优于单纯使用皓齿微研磨糊剂治疗,并且对患者牙齿敏感程度的影响比较短暂,1周后即可恢复至漂白前水平,患者满意度高,值得推广.

Objective To observe the effect of Haochi micro grinding paste combined with whitening system on bleaching dental fluorosis and analyze its clinical application value.Methods 70 patients with dental fluorosis diagnosed in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the observation objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers,with 35 cases in each group and given different whitening schemes.The group treated with Haochi micro grinding paste was recorded as group a,and the group treated with Haochi micro grinding paste combined with whitening system was recorded as group B The tooth whitening effect,tooth sensitivity before and after bleaching(using pain rating index comparison)and satisfaction with dental bleaching were observed.Results the total effective rate of mild dental fluorosis bleaching was 95.00%in group A and 96.83%in group B,with no statistical difference(P>0.05);the total effective rate of moderate dental fluorosis bleaching in group B was 90.12%,significantly higher than 74.36%in group A,with significant difference(P<0.05);the total effective rate of severe dental fluorosis bleaching in group B was 82.26%,significantly higher than 57.81%in group A,with significant difference(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in VAS score between group A and group B before bleaching,immediately after bleaching and one week after bleaching(P>0.05),but the VAS score of the two groups basically recovered to the level before bleaching after one week of bleaching;the satisfaction of bleaching effect of group B was88.57%Haochi micro grinding paste,which was significantly higher than 68.57%of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of Haochi micro grinding paste combined with whitening system in bleaching moderate and severe dental fluorosis is significantly better than that of Haochi micro grinding paste alone,and the effect on the tooth sensitivity of patients is relatively short,and it can return to the level before bleaching after one week,with high satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
