Medication education for stroke patients under relevant guidelines

目的分析脑卒中患者在相关指南下的用药教育效果.方法回顾分析东莞市横沥医院2020年5月—2021年3月期间收治的脑卒中患者80例,均接受药物治疗,按照其用药教育方式分组,40例患者接受常规服药指导(对照组),另40例患者接受用药教育单用药教育(观察组).比较2组患者的干预效果,如患者用药依从性、用药知识掌握状况等.结果观察组药物知识掌握率85%,高于对照组的52.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,2组患者服药依从性评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组服药依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑卒中患者接受相关指南指导下的用药教育可显著提升其用药知识掌握度、用药依从性,改善疾病预后.

Objective to analyze the effect of medication education for stroke patients under relevant guidelines.Methods 80 cases of stroke patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received drug treatment and were divided into two groups according to their medication education methods.40 patients received routine medication guidance(control group),and the other 40 patients received medication education(observation group).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared,such as medication compliance,disease prognosis and medication knowledge.Results 85%of the drug knowledge mastery rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(52.50%),and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the difference of the compliance score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the data between the groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The medication education sheet under the guidance of relevant guidelines can significantly improve the mastery of medication knowledge,medication compliance and prognosis of stroke patients.
