气囊仿生助产联合自由体位分娩对产妇分娩结局的影响研究

Study on the effect of balloon bionic midwifery combined with free position delivery on maternal delivery outcome

目的探讨气囊仿生助产联合自由体位分娩对产妇分娩结局的影响.方法采用随机数字表法将68例于2020年1月—2021年2月在信丰县妇幼保健院分娩的产妇进行分组,各34例,对照组接受自由体位分娩,观察组接受气囊仿生助产联合自由体位分娩.对产妇的分娩方式、第一产程时间、第二产程时间、产后出血量进行观察.结果观察组的顺产率明显较高,第一产程时间、第二产程时间明显较短,产后出血量明显较少,相较于对照组具有显著差异(P<0.05).结论气囊仿生助产联合自由体位分娩能够有效改善产妇分娩结局.

Objective To investigate the effect of bionic assisted delivery with airbag and free body position on the delivery outcome of parturient.Methods 68 pregnant women who were delivered in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were divided into groups by random digital table method.34 cases were given in each group.The control group received free body delivery,the observation group received bionic assisted delivery with airbag and free position delivery.The delivery mode,the first delivery time,the second stage of labor and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were observed.Results The follow-up rate of observation group was significantly higher,the cesarean section rate was significantly lower,the first labor process time and the second labor process time were significantly shorter,and the postpartum hemorrhage was significantly less,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Airbag bionic midwifery combined with free position delivery can effectively improve the outcome of maternal delivery.
