Implementation Plan of Obligation of Renewable Ener-gy Consumption and the Optimal Path of New Energy Development in the Yangtze River Delta

通过结合国际背景和发达国家先例,研究了中国可再生能源电力消纳保障机制,通过对长三角四省市能源结构及可再生能源发展现状梳理,分析了四省市完成可再生能源电力消纳责任权重的难点,提出了长三角四省市新能源发展优化路径。

National implementation plan of obligation of renewable energy consumption is investigated combin-ing the international background and the precedents of developed countries.Reviewing of the power structure of the four provinces in the Yangtze River Delta and the development of renewable energy,difficulties for the four provinces to complete the obligation for renewable energy power consumption are analyzed and the opti-mization development path of new energy is proposed.
