摘要
唤醒民族地区乡村学生心中的学习动力和学习毅力,是发展民族地区乡村教育的关键。实践发现,可以通过对民族地区乡村学生身边的榜样的了解、理解,唤醒民族地区乡村学生的学习动力,进而通过学习民族地区乡村学生身边榜样,付诸自己的学习与生活实践,进而内化民族地区乡村学生身边榜样的精神,唤醒民族地区乡村学生的精进持续有效学习的毅力,通过身边榜样唤醒教育助力脱贫,奔走民族山乡,奋斗促进跨越,通过广撒、深植、精培榜样唤醒乡村教育的种子,开展榜样唤醒乡村教育实践,唤醒乡村学生的心灵,唤醒他们美好的未来,9年实践,成效显著。
Enlightening the learning motivation and grit of the ethnic rural students is the key factor of ethnic rural education development.It shows that the nine-year practice of role model education from recognizing and understanding the role model by their sides of the students and enlightening the learning motivation,can internalize the spirit of the role model and enlightening the learning grit,by the process of wide-spreading and deep-planting and elaborate-fostering the seeds of ethnic rural education,and develop ethnic rural education,which has the outstanding effectiveness.
