基于OBE理念的高校思政课教学探索

An Exploration on the Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities Based on the OBE Concept

OBE理念作为一种先进教育理念,对高校思政课教学具有借鉴意义。思政课教师可以把OBE理念的三大原则融入教学实践之中,即从知识、价值、能力三方面落实“成果导向”原则,关注学生的学习成果,增强学生的获得感,用“成果导向”引领教学活动;在教学设计、教学实施、教学评价方面践行“学生中心”原则,尊重学生主体性,学会从学生的角度调整思政课的教学内容与形式;在教师素养、教学改革、教学手段、教学环境方面遵循“持续改进”原则,不断提高教学吸引力,持续提升思政课教学质量。

As an advanced educational concept,the OBE concept has a reference role in the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.Ideological and political theory teachers can integrate the three principles of the OBE concept into their teaching practice,that is,to implement the"outcome-oriented"principle from the three aspects of knowledge,value,and ability,pay attention to the learning achievements of students,and enhance students'sense of gain;practice the"student-centered"principle in teaching design,teaching implementation,and teaching evaluation,respect the subjectivity of students,and learn to adjust the teaching content and form from the perspective of students;follow the principle of"continuous improvement"in terms of teachers'literacy,teaching reform,teaching methods,and teaching environment,continuously improve the appeal of teaching,and continuously improve the quality of the teaching of ideological and political theory courses.
