阴离子聚丙烯酰胺对净水厂污泥浓缩性影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 取净水厂不同处理单元的排泥水进行阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加的小试,并在污泥泵房污泥浓缩及排放环节进行生产性验证。小试结果表明,随着阴离子PAM投加量的增大,排泥水沉降效果提升,含水率有所降低。生产性验证结果表明,污泥泵房储泥池曝气后的泥水中投加0.2 mg/L阴离子PAM溶液后,沉降效果明显变好,沉降速度加快。回流至调节池的上清液浊度降低,作为生产用原水的水质改善,可适当降低后续处理成本。排泥管内污泥的浓缩性提高,可以考虑适当缩短每个排泥管的排泥时间,减少排泥水量,实现节能减排。 The bench-scale test of adding anionic polyacrylamide(PAM)to the sludge water from different treatment units of the waterworks,and the productive verification were carried out in the sludge concentration and discharge link of the sludge pump house.The results showed that with the increase of PAM dosage,the sedimentation effect of sludge water was improved and the water content was decreased.The production verification results showed that the sedimentation effect was obviously improved and the sedimentation was accelerated after adding 0.2 mg/L anionic PAM solution to the aerated sludge water in the sludge storage tank of the sludge pump house.The turbidity of the supernatant returned to the regulating tank was reduced,which could improve the quality of raw water for production and reduce the cost of subsequent treatment.In order to improve the thickening of sludge in the sludge discharge pipe,it was necessary to shorten the sludge discharge time of each sludge discharge pipe,reduce the sludge water quantity,and realize energy conservation and emission reduction.
