小型供水泵站无人值守的优化改造与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对深圳某人工值守的小型加压泵站常出现水池延迟蓄水或溢流等问题,自主设计了一种基于PLC组态控制技术的泵站自控系统程序。总结了该自控软件程序的成功经验,并对比了改造前后泵站的运行效果和经济效益。通过光纤网络终端,实现了数据远程传输和水厂中控实时反馈、泵站水池水位等信息远程监测和泵站24 h自控运行,供水可靠性显著提升,水池水位报警准确率从20.0%提高至99.5%。该方案以较少的投资实现了泵站无人值守、自动监控运行,大大降低了运维成本,保障了供水安全,可为自控程度低的小型供水泵站提供技术借鉴。 In view of the issues of water storage delay or overflow in a small booster pump station on the manual duty in Shenzhen,a program of automatic control system of pump station based on PLC configuration control technology was designed.The successful experience of the software program was summarized,and the operation effect and economic benefit of the pump station before and after the renovation were compared.Through the fiber optic network terminal,the remote data transmission,real-time feedback of waterworks central control,remote monitoring of water level of water tank and 24-hour automatic operation of pump station were realized.The reliability of water supply was significantly improved,and the accuracy of water level alarm of the water tank increased from 20.0%to 99.5%.Unattended and automatic monitoring operation of the pump station with less investment was realized by the project,which greatly reduced the operation and maintenance cost,ensured the safety of water supply,and could provide technical reference for small water supply pump station with low self-control degree.
