摘要
次氯酸钠(NaClO)是水处理中使用最广泛的消毒药剂,其有效氯检测对于进货验收和生产中投加量的计算都特别重要。采用常用的碘量法或者稀释后N,N-二乙基对苯二胺(DPD)余氯测定法,验证SP-210次氯酸钠有效氯速测仪的准确性。结果表明:该仪器检测次氯酸钠有效氯具有较好的精密度和准确度,检测中不需要药剂,设备小巧,便于携带,操作快捷方便,能满足次氯酸钠进货和生产投加检验的需要,非常适合现场使用。
Sodium hypochlorite(NaClO)is the most widely used disinfectant in water treatment,and its effective chlorine detection is very important for the purchase acceptance and the dosage calculation in production.The accuracy of SP-210 tacheometer of effective chlorine of sodium hypochlorite was verified by the usual iodine method or the residual chlorine determination method of N,N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine(DPD)after dilution.The results showed that the instrument had good precision and accuracy in detecting sodium hypochlorite effective chlorine,with no need for any reagents in the detection,and was compact and easy to carry,and convenient to operate as well.It can meet the needs of purchase and addition inspection of sodium hypochlorite in production,and is very suitable for field use.
