本文针对传统变电站开关室巡检困难问题,设计了一种悬挂式轨道机器人,包括智能轨道,云台红外双光谱摄像机,通信模块,控制电机,温湿度传感器,SF 6探测器等。通过在轨道机器人加装高清视频,双路红外测温探头及带电检测模块,实现对开关室环境、开关柜外观、保护测控装置面板、分合指示灯、压板、开关柜红外测温等数据进行巡检,并自动生成巡检报告,从而大大提升了运维质效,具有一定的推广价值。

In this paper,aiming at the problem of traditional substation switch room inspection,a kind of suspended track robot is designed,Including intelligent track,PTZ infrared dual spectrum camera,communication module,control motor,temperature and humidity sensor,SF 6 detector,etc.By installing high-definition video,two-way infrared temperature probe and live detection module in the rail robot,the existing manual on-site inspection tasks of pressing plate,air switch,infrared temperature measurement,partial discharge and ozone detection of switch cabinet are replaced.It can inspect the environment of the switch room,the appearance of the switch cabinet,the panel of the protection and control device,the on-off indicator light,the pressing plate,the infrared temperature measurement data of the switch cabinet,and automatically generate the inspection report,which greatly improves the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance,and has certain promotion value.
