印花仿麂皮绒复合地毯的开发与产品设计

Development and design of printed suede composite carpet

为开发一种新型美观舒适的地毯产品,提高现有地毯产品的亲肤感,以涤纶低弹丝和海岛超细涤纶纤维为原料,设计织造了3种仿麂皮绒面料,然后将这3种面料与天然橡胶复合,制成海岛超细涤纶纤维仿麂皮绒复合橡胶地毯。阐述了仿麂皮绒面料选用的原料和组织结构,以及织造和染整加工过程,着重分析了开纤、磨毛、染色等关键工序中需要注意的问题;对制成的织物进行了水洗色牢度分析和性能测试,最后在得到的仿麂皮绒面料上进行印花设计,将其与天然橡胶复合后得到了3种不同图案的仿麂皮绒地毯。结果表明:仿麂皮绒织物手感软糯,吸湿性和亲肤感良好,外观具有高档的质感,同时由于天然橡胶抓地牢固服帖,因此制得的印花仿麂皮绒橡胶地毯不仅实用,更具有独特的美感与风格。

In order to develop a new beautiful and comfortable carpet product and improve the hairy and skin-friendly feeling of existing carpet products,three kinds of suede-like fabrics were designed and woven by using polyester low-stretch yarn and ultra-fine sea-island fiber.Then the three kinds of fabrics were combined with natural rubber to make an island superfine fiber suede composite rubber carpet.The raw materials and organizational structure of suede-like fabrics,weaving and dyeing and finishing processes were introduced.The problems in the key processes such as fiber cutting,wool grinding and dyeing were mainly analyzed.Furthermore,the developed fabric was washed for color fastness analysis and performance test.Finally,the suede rug with three different patterns was designed by printing on the suede fabric and combining it with natural rubber.The results showed that the suede fabric is soft,skin-friendly,good at moisture absorption and high-grade texture in appearance.Meanwhile,due to the firm grip of natural rubber,the printed suede rubber carpet is not only practical,but also has a unique sense of beauty and style.
