板栗刺壳提取液对柞蚕丝/锦纶织物的染色

摘要 为探讨废弃物来源的天然染料在纺织品上的染色性能,从废弃物板栗刺壳中提取天然染料原液,将该提取液应用于柞蚕丝/锦纶复合丝的染色,研究染色温度、染色时间、pH值及媒染剂对染色织物色度值的影响,确定最佳染色工艺参数。结果表明,板栗刺壳提取液对柞蚕丝/锦纶复合丝染色的适宜条件为:温度98℃,时间80 min,pH值4.0,浴比1∶50。硫酸亚铁和硫酸铁媒染均可以提高染色试样的K/S值,2种媒染剂对试样色度值和色调的影响相近,3种媒染方法中,后媒染试样的K/S值最高。染色试样具有较好的染色牢度及紫外线防护性能。 In order to explore the dyeing property of natural dyes extracted from waste resources,natural dyes were extracted from chestnut shell and were used on tussah silk/polyamide composite fabric dyeing.The influence of dyeing temperature,dyeing time,pH value and mordant on color values of the dyed fabrics were researched,then the optimum dyeing process parameters was obtained.The results showed that the suitable conditions for chestnut shell dyeing on the fabrics were as follows:dyeing at 98℃ for 80 minutes,dyeing pH value 4.0 and the bath ratio 1∶50.Both ferrous sulfate and ferric sulfate mordant can improve the K/S value of the dyed sample.The two mordant have similar effects on the color values and color tone of the sample.Post-mordant samples have a highest K/S value among the three mordant dyeing methods.The dyed samples have good color fastness property and UV protection performance.
