摘要
针对当前数控纺纱技术依然存在自动化、智能化水平低,纱线纺制过程分散单一的问题,提出将数字孪生技术与数控纺纱技术相结合。文章将纱线与纺纱过程这客观实体通过数字化的方式进行虚拟仿真,仿真模型间进行数据融合连为一体,并构建数控纺纱集成化控制系统,提出时序化纱线结构参数的数据融合模式,时序化纺纱工艺参数的数据融合模式和传感检测系统输出参数的数据融合模式,基于数据驱动实现柔性智能纺纱,纺纱系统的可视化监测,纺纱过程的远近程控制与数据传输。结果表明:数字孪生技术对于推进纺纱过程的数字化、智能化进程有着积极重要的作用。
In view of the problems of the current CNC spinning technology,such as low automation,low intelligence level and scattered and single yarn spinning process,a combination of digital twinning technology and CNC spinning technology was proposed.Yarn and spinning process was virtual simulated,the data of simulated model was fused and CNC spinning integrated control system was developed,the time sequential yarn structure parameters of the data fusion model,time sequential data fusion model of spinning processing parameters and data fusion model of sensor detection system output parameters were proposed.The flexible and intelligent spinning,visual monitoring of spinning system,far and near range control and data transmission of spinning process are realized based on data drive.The results show that digital twinning technology plays an important role in promoting the digitization and intellectualization of spinning process.
