摘要
交流滤波器断路器是特高压直流输电系统交流滤波器场的重要组成部分,是系统无功功率变化时保证交流滤波器可靠频繁投切的重要电气设备。近年来,±800kV换流站内屡次出现交流滤波器断路器在投切过程中发生击穿及爆裂的现象,严重威胁着直流输电系统的安全稳定运行。为分析其原因,本文基于PSCAD/EMTDC搭建某±800kV直流输电系统及交流滤波器断路器电磁暂态仿真模型,结合在运交流滤波器断路器的外绝缘分布特征,仿真分析交流滤波器断路器双断口电压特征;根据交流滤波器断路器灭弧室的内部结构和参数,搭建了Ansys有限元仿真模型,仿真计算了灭弧室内电场强度分布。
The AC filter circuit breaker is an important part of the AC filter field of the high-voltage DC transmission system,and it is an important electrical equipment that ensures the frequent switching of the AC filter caused by the system reactive power change.In recent years,there have been repeated occurrences of breakdown and bursting of AC filter circuit breakers in the switching process of±800kV converter stations,which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of the DC transmission system.In order to analyze the reasons,this paper builds a±800kV DC transmission system and an AC filter circuit breaker electromagnetic transient simulation model based on PSCAD/EMTDC.Combined with the distribution characteristics of the external insulation of the AC filter circuit breaker in operation,the single-break voltage characteristics of the AC filter circuit breaker are simulated and analyzed.Based on the internal structure and parameters of the AC filter circuit breaker arc extinguishing chamber,an Ansys finite element simulation model is built,and the electric field strength distribution in the arc extinguishing chamber is simulated and calculated.
