环己酮氨氧化制环己酮肟催化材料研究进展

摘要 对应用于环己酮氨氧化制环己酮肟工艺中的催化材料进行了归纳,主要包括TS-1、含钛分子筛等,叙述了近几年来TS-1分子筛的相关成果。尽管目前TS-1催化剂已取得较大的进展,但在一定程度上仍存在着催化剂成本高、反应液与催化剂分离困难、反应液堵塞催化剂孔道导致失活的现象。基于上述问题,针对现有催化材料研究进展和工业化应用水平,对该领域的催化材料未来发展方向应该是找新的合成路线以简化操作、降低制备成本、提高产品的重复性、合成得到不同结构特征的钛硅分子筛新品种;同时利用各种制备手段,进一步解决钛硅分子筛分离、回收难的问题;钛硅分子筛在环己酮氨氧化反应中结合催化反应机理的探索以及催化剂本身改性仍将是今后的研究重点。 In this review,the catalytic materials that used in the process of cyclohexanone ammoxidation to cyclohexanone oxime are summarized,such as TS-1,titanium-containing molecular sieve.The achievements of TS-1 molecular sieve in recent years are reviewed.Although the TS-1 catalyst has made a great success at present,there are still some disadvantages such as high cost of the catalyst,difficulty in separating the reaction liquid from the catalyst,and blockage of the catalyst pores by the reaction liquid,resulting in catalyst deactivation.Based on the above problems,in view of the research progress and industrial application level of the existing catalytic materials,the future development direction of catalytic materials in this field should be to find new synthetic routes to simplify the operation,reduce the preparation cost,improve the repeatability of the products,and synthesize new varieties of molecular sieves with different structural characteristics.At the same time,various preparation methods are used to further solve the problem of separation and recovery of titanium silicalite.The exploration of catalytic mechanism of titanium silicalite in cyclohexanone ammoxidation reaction and the modification of catalyst itself will still be the focus of future research.
