摘要
为明确卷烟滤嘴的流场特性,通过CT扫描法获取卷烟滤嘴三维结构点云信息,实体化处理后建立了卷烟滤嘴流体域计算模型,并开展了气体扩散过程的数值模拟,再以卷烟滤嘴吸阻实验为基准,将三维重建模拟结果、半经验公式计算结果和传统多孔介质模型计算结果进行比较。结果表明,相比卷烟滤嘴压降的实验测量值,三维重建模拟结果偏差为31.7%,而理论计算值和多孔介质模型计算值偏差值分别为135.32%和95.93%,由三维重建数值模拟法构建的滤嘴吸阻模型相对精确,可为研究卷烟滤嘴流场信息提供新途径。
In order to clarify the flow field characteristics of the cigarette filter,the point cloud information of the three-dimensional structure of a cigarette filter was obtained by CT scanning method.After substantialization processing,a fluid domain calculation model for the cigarette filter was established,and the numerical simulation of the gas diffusion process was carried out.Based on the experiment of the cigarette filter draw resistance,the results of three-dimensional reconstruction simulation,semi-empirical formula and traditional porous media model were compared.The results showed that compared with the experimental values of the filter pressure drop,the deviation of the three-dimensional reconstruction simulation result was only 31.7%,while the deviations of the theoretical calculation and the calculation by the porous media model were 135.32%and 95.93%,respectively.The three-dimensional reconstruction numerical simulation method was more accurate in constructing the draw resistance model of the filter,thus providing a new approach to explore the flow field characteristics inside cigarette filters.
