影响土壤汞含量稳定性的热处理条件研究

摘要 通过对新研制的4个不同汞含量梯度(0.361、0.054、1.633、0.178 mg/kg)的土壤标准物质进行热处理时间条件试验,确定了48 h以上的热处理时间可以保证汞含量趋于稳定;并且对经过热处理的标准物质进行360 d的长期稳定性考察,考察时间点为0、30、90、180和360 d。长期稳定性趋势图表明汞含量没有单方向变化趋势。F-检验实测值均小于临界值3.48,表明5个时间点的汞含量数据间没有显著性差异。该研究热处理时间条件合理有效,能确保标准物质保存有效期的可靠性。 By conducting heat treatment time condition tests on four newly developed soil reference materials with different mercury content gradients(0.361,0.054,1.633,0.178 mg/kg),it was determined that a heat treatment time of more than 48 h could ensure that the mercury content becomes stable;and the long-term stability of the heat-treated standard material was investigated for 360 days,and the inspection time points were 0,30,90,180,and 360 days.The long-term stablility trend chart showed that there was no one way change trend of mercury content.The measured values of F-test were less than the critical value of 3.48,indicating that there was no significant difference between the mercury content data at five time points.The heat treatment time conditions in this study were reasonable and effective,which could ensure the reliability of the validity period of the reference materials.
