安徽省太和县瓜类褪绿黄化病毒自然侵染南瓜的检测分析

Detection and Analysis of Cucurbit Chlorotic Yellow Virus Naturally Infecting Pumpkin in Taihe,Anhui Province

摘要 采集安徽省太和县南瓜具有典型症状的病叶样品进行RT-PCR检测鉴定,并结合测序结果确定为CCYV。为了更加明确安徽太和地区CCYV的来源和序列的变异情况,测定了该病毒的外壳蛋白(coat protein,CP)序列进行系统发育分析,结果表明,此次安徽太和县所检测到的分离物与我国其他地区的分离物以及以色列、日本和希腊等国家存在较小的地域差异性,亲缘关系较近,而与伊朗地区的分离物亲缘关系相对较远。该研究是安徽省CCYV侵染南瓜的首次报道,以期为该病害的预警和防控提供理论基础和科学对策。 We collected samples of diseased leaves with typical symptoms for RT-PCR detection and identification,and combined the sequencing results to determine that it was CCYV.In order to more clarify the source and sequence variation of CCYV in Taihe,Anhui Province,the coat protein(CP)sequence of the virus was determined for phylogenetic analysis.The results showed that the isolates detected in Taihe,Anhui Province were relatively close to isolates from other areas of China,Israel,Japan,and Greece.The relationship with the isolates in Iran was relatively distant.This study was the first report of CCYV infestation of pumpkins in Anhui Province,in order to provide a theoretical basis and scientific countermeasures for the early warning and prevention of the disease.
