自媒体时代高校网络思政话语权式微的表现、成因与改进

The Performance,Causes and Improvement of the Decline of University’s Network Ideological and Political Discourse Power in the We Media Era

当前,自媒体平台上不良信息的肆意传播、思政教师对网络话语权的忽视及师生双方网络思政话语主客体地位的转变等,都体现出当前网络思政话语权的式微。究其原因,高校思政教师的综合素养、大学生主体在自媒体环境中的话语习惯、自媒体平台建设及保障体系建设等都对网络思政话语权产生了重要影响,其不同程度的缺失及对创新的忽视,都造成了网络思政话语权的式微。高校应全面提升思政教师的综合素养,引领网络思政话语权并创新网络思政话语表达,深化自媒体平台建设,健全网络思政自媒体平台使用的保障体系,为网络思政话语表达提供健康、和谐的网络环境,推动网络思政话语持续发挥育人作用。

At present,the wanton spread of bad information on the platform of we media,the neglect of ideological and political teachers’discourse power on the Internet,and the change of the subject and object status of ideological and political discourse on the Internet between teachers and students all reflect the decline of the discourse power on the Internet.The reason is that the comprehensive quality of college ideological and political teachers,the discourse habits of college students in the we-media environment,the construction of we media platform and the construction of security system all have an important impact on the network ideological and political discourse right.The lack of different degrees and the neglect of innovation have led to the decline of the network ideological and political discourse right.Therefore,colleges and universities should comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of ideological and political teachers,lead the network ideological and political discourse power and innovate the network ideological and political discourse expression.It can deepen the construction of we media platform,improve the security system of the network ideological and political we media platform,provide a healthy and harmonious network environment for the network ideological and political discourse expression,and promote the network ideological and political discourse to continue to play an educational role.
