温湿度对土工膜试验结果稳定性影响 被引量:2

Influence of temperature and humidity on the stability of geomembrane test results

摘要 为了研究温度和相对湿度对土工膜性能测试稳定性的影响,采用数理统计方法,对状态调节和试验时环境温湿度对测试结果的影响进行了分析。在温度18~25℃、湿度50%~70%范围内改变温湿度,并保证状态调节和试验时温湿度一致,获得不同温湿度条件下的土工膜测试数据,利用统计分析方法得到测试结果的离散性特性和数值大小随温湿度变化特征。研究结果表明:温湿度对土工膜试验结果稳定性的影响表现为数值大小和分布特征的变化;单位面积质量具有较好的温湿度稳定性;厚度随温度升高而减小;最大拉力值、断裂伸长率和直角撕裂强力稳定性较差,断裂伸长率随温度升高而增大;刺破强力随温度升高而减小。 In order to study the influence of temperature and relative humidity on the stability of geomembrane performance test,mathematical statistics were used to analyze the influence of temperature and relative humidity of state regulation and test on the test results.By changing the temperature and relative humidity in the range of 18~25℃and 50%~70%,and ensuring that the temperature and relative humidity during the state regulation and test are consistent,the test data of geomembrane were obtained.Variation characteristics of discreteness and numerical value of test results with temperature and relative humidity were obtained by statistical analysis method.The results show that the influence of temperature and relative humidity on the test results stability is the change of numerical value and distribution characteristics.The mass per unit area of geomembrane shows good temperature and humidity stability.The thickness decreases with the increase of temperature.The stability of maximum tensile,elongation at break and right angle tear strength is poor,and the elongation at break increases with the increase of temperature.The puncture strength decreases with the increase of temperature.
