摘要 文章提出了一种包覆法钢桩水下防腐修复自动化施工设备总体方案,对防腐材料的自动化包裹工艺开展了具体研究,并对其执行机构的关键技术进行了设计与研究。对解决码头、桥梁及近海风电场水下钢管桩易锈蚀、后期维护和检测困难、修复费用高等问题有着重要的意义。 In this paper,we put forward an general scheme of automatic construction equipment for underwater anti-corrosion repair of steel pipe piles with coating method,carried out a specific research on the automatic coating process of anti-corrosion materials,and designed and studied the key technologies of its executive mechanism.It is of great significance to solve the problems of corrosion of underwater steel pipe piles in docks,bridges and offshore wind farms,difficulties in later maintenance and inspection,and high repair costs.
