储泥坑在航道疏浚土吹填中的创新与应用 被引量:2

摘要 连云港港30万吨级航道二期工程徐圩港区航道有4000万m^(3)疏浚土需要采用抛吹工艺吹填到徐圩陆上纳泥区。抛吹工艺所需要的储泥坑通常布置在邻近纳泥区的滩地水域,但由于一些不确定因素,为适应工程建设需要,结合工程特点、港区在建围堤吹填区等建设条件,创新提出“储泥坑布置在已取得用海许可、同步建设的徐圩港区集装箱泊位围堤吹填区内,利用围堤合龙前的时间窗口,进行疏浚土到徐圩陆上纳泥区的抛吹作业”的思路;并根据工期、安全等要求,结合安全影响因素,提出储泥坑具体布置方案。应用情况表明,项目得到顺利推进,抛吹作业条件好,效率高,流失率低,储泥坑实施效果良好。其创新与应用经验可供同类疏浚吹填工程借鉴。 In the Xuwei port area channel of the Lianyungang Port 300000 DWT channel phase II project,about 40 million m^(3)of sediment needs to be reclaimed to Xuwei landfill site by disposal&hydraulic-filling process.The sediment storage pit needed by the process is usually located in the shallow nearby the reclamation area.However,due to some uncertain factors,in order to meet the needs of engineering construction,combined with the engineering characteristics and the construction conditions of the reclamation area under construction in the port area,it innovatively proposes that the sediment storage pit is arranged in the reclamation area of the container berth in Xuwei port area,which has obtained the sea area use certificate and is constructed simultaneously.Through the use of the time window before the closure of the dike,the operation of filling to the Xuwei landfill site is realized.Considering both duration and safety,combined with the safety facors,it also proposes the specific layout of sediment storage pit.The application shows that the whole project has been carried out smoothly,it has provided good operating conditions,high efficiency,low loss rate,and good implementation effect of sediment storage pit.The innovation and application experience can be used for reference by similar dredging and reclamation projects.
