摘要
集装箱轨道吊在运输或转场时,经常会遇到码头上预埋的轨道与轨道吊的轨道方向不一致的问题。为了解决这个问题,文章介绍了一套新的工艺方案“集装箱轨道吊原地旋转的转场方案”,并结合“以色列自动化轨道吊”项目的成功案例,深入分析方案的设计原理和影响其安全性和可靠性的关键因素。该研究成果可以为今后大型设备的转运提供技术支持。
When the rail-mounted gantry crane(RMG)is transporting or transferring,it often meets the problem that the center lines of the rails which on the terminal are not same as the center lines of the RMG.In order to solve this problem,we introduced a new process scheme:the in-situ rotating transportation scheme of RMG.Combined with the successful case of Israel automatic rail-mounted crane project,the design principle of the scheme and the key factors affecting its safety and reliability were deeply analyzed.The research results can provide technical support for the transportation of large-scale equipment in the future.
