眶周皱纹应用眉下切口上提内固定法治疗对受术者眉峰至睑缘距离的影响

Effects of Subbrow Incision Lifting and Internal Fixation Technique on Distance from Eyebrow Peak to Eyelid Margin of Subjects with Periorbital Wrinkles

目的:观察眶周皱纹应用眉下切口上提内固定法治疗对受术者眉峰至睑缘距离的影响。方法:选取我院收治的212例眶周皱纹受术者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各106例,对照组实施传统眉下切口切眉术,研究组实施眉下切口上提内固定技术。比较两组手术时间、自然重睑恢复时间,术前及术后6个月眉峰至睑缘距离、鱼尾纹特征计数、上睑皱纹特征计数及皱纹严重程度评分[皱纹严重等级评分量表(WSRS)]。结果:两组手术时间比较未见明显差异(P>0.05),研究组自然重睑恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组眉峰至睑缘距离均较术前明显增加,且研究组明显高于同一时间对照组(P<0.05);两组鱼尾纹特征计数、上睑皱纹特征计数及WSRS评分均较术前明显降低,且研究组WSRS评分明显低于同一时间对照组(P<0.05)。结论:眉下切口上提内固定技术更有利于增加眶周皱纹受术者眉峰至睑缘距离,改善眼周皱纹严重程度,适宜于临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effects of subbrow incision lifting and internal fixation technique on distance from the eyebrow peak to eyelid margin of subjects with periorbital wrinkles.Methods:A total of 212 subjects with periorbital wrinkles in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 106 cases in each group.Control group was given traditional subbrow incision eyebrow excision,and study group performed subbrow incision lifting and internal fixation technique.The surgical time,natural double eyelid recovery time,and distance from eyebrow peak to eyelid margin,crow’s feet feature count,upper eyelid wrinkle feature count and wrinkle severity score(WSRS)before surgery and at 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the surgical time between the two groups(P>0.05),and the recovery time of natural double eyelid in study group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the distance from eyebrow peak to eyelid margin of the two groups was significantly increased compared with that before surgery,and the distance in study group was significantly higher than that in control group at the same time point(P<0.05).The crow’s feet feature count,upper eyelid wrinkle feature count and WSRS score of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before surgery,and the WSRS score in study group was significantly lower than that in control group at the same time point(P<0.05).Conclusion:Subbrow incision lifting and internal fixation technique is more beneficial to increase the distance from eyebrow peak to eyelid margin and improve the severity of eye wrinkles of subjects with periorbital wrinkles.Therefore it is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
