摘要
介绍了银氧化锡触头在不同制备工艺下的基本原理以及合成方法,从每种合成方法的基础上提出了改良制备工艺,并介绍了近些年使用的新型制备工艺,分析了每种制备工艺的优缺点。总结了银氧化锡的电弧侵蚀机理与模型、电弧侵蚀形状外貌特征以及抗电弧侵蚀特性。并对未来银基材料的发展方向以及研究新的复合材料提出了展望。
The basic principles and synthesis methods of silver tin oxide contact under different preparation processes are introduced,and an improved preparation process is proposed on the basis of each synthesis method,a new preparation process used in recent years is proposed,and each preparation process is analyzed advantages and disadvantages.The mechanism and model of arc erosion of silver tin oxide,the appearance characteristics of arc erosion shape and the characteristics of arc erosion resistance are summarized.Prospects for the future development direction of silver-based materials and the study of new composite materials.
