摘要
对一种塑壳断路器动触头元件(触头材料为AgW65,触桥材质为TU2无氧铜)的电阻点焊工艺进行研究,研究焊接电流、焊接压力、焊接时间三个工艺参数对动触头元件焊接强度的影响。试验结果表明,AgW65动触头与TU2触桥电阻点焊的最佳工艺参数:焊接电流:7.8~8.0 kA,焊接时间:180~200ms,焊接压力:0.25~0.4 MPa,产品焊后剪切强度可达到175 N/mm^(2)以上。
The resistance spot welding process of a moving contact element(contact material is AgW65 and contact bridge material is TU2 oxygen free copper)of moulded case circuit breaker is studied.The influence of welding current,welding pressure and welding time on the welding strength of moving contact element is found through experimental verification.The optimum technological parameters of resistance spot welding between AgW65 moving contact and TU2 contact bridge are obtained:welding current:7.8-8.0 kA,welding time:180-200 ms,welding pressure:0.25-0.4 MPa.The shear strength after welding can reach more than 175N/mm^(2).
