Na_(2)CO_(3)对甜菜幼苗生长的影响

Effect of Na_(2)CO_(3)on the growth of Beta vulgaris Seedlings

摘要 甜菜是我国主要的糖料作物,盐碱地在我国甜菜种植区分布广泛.在盐碱胁迫下探究甜菜幼苗生长变化和生理响应具有重要意义.本试验选用甜菜品种"kws1176",利用土培在不同Na_(2)CO_(3)胁迫下测定分析了甜菜幼苗各项生长指标和生理指标.研究结果发现,随着碳酸钠含量的升高,土壤碱性增强,甜菜幼苗的干鲜重、叶面积、叶宽、叶长、株高、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量以及氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)等4种保护酶活性均呈现先上升后下降的趋势.丙二醛含量、叶片相对电导率与脯氨酸含量均呈现上升趋势.叶绿素含量呈先下降后上升趋势.这些结果表明适宜的Na_(2)CO_(3)对甜菜幼苗的生长有促进作用,而Na2 CO3含量超出150 mmol/kg土则会抑制甜菜的生长. Sugarbeet is the main sugar crop in China.Saline alkali land is widely distributed in sugar beet planting areas.It is of great significance to explore the growth changes and physiological responses of Sugarbeet Seedlings under saline alkali stress.In this experiment,the Sugarbeet Variety“kwsl 176”was used to measure and analyze the growth and physiological indexes of Sugarbeet Seedlings under different Na_(2)CO_(3)stress in soil culture.The results showed that the dry and fresh weight,leaf area,leaf width,leaf length,plant height,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular carbon dioxide content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,CAT,APX and other four protective enzyme activities of Sugarbeet Seedlings increased first and then decreased with the increase of sodium carbonate content.MDA content,leaf relative conductivity and proline content showed an upward trend.The content of chlorophyll decreased first and then increased.These results indicated that Na_(2)CO_(3)could promote the growth of Sugarbeet Seedlings in suitable soil conditions,while Na_(2)CO_(3)content over 150 mmol/kg could inhibit the growth of Sugarbeet Seedlings.
