阿尔茨海默病的真正成因至今仍然不明,医学界普遍认为阿尔茨海默病病患主要是在大脑中发现有Tau蛋白以及类淀粉样蛋白(Amyloid)堆积,并且认为这两种蛋白质可能是造成阿尔茨海默病的病变原因。本研究综述了迄今为止最为流行的几个不同的假说,遗传与基因以及病理学,试图解释阿尔茨海默病的病因及其分子机理,为预防、治疗和护理阿尔茨海默病提供参考。

The real cause of Alzheimer’s disease is still unknown.It is widely believed in the medical community that patients with Alzheimer’s disease are mainly found in the brain accumulation of Tau protein and amyloid,and that these two proteins may be the cause of Alzheimer’s disease.This study reviewed several popular hypotheses,genetics,genes and pathology,trying to explain the etiology and molecular mechanism of Alzheimer’s disease,and provide a reference for the prevention,treatment and nursing of Alzheimer’s disease.
