摘要
改造前,氯气干燥工艺存在2方面不足:硫酸加入量经常超过理论数值;外排稀硫酸浓度分析滞后。提出改造方案:配套增加在线监测及自动化设置,提高硫酸干燥氯气的过程控制。改造后,浓硫酸水泵减少,人工做样频率降低,节能降耗,有效降低安全环保风险。
There are two deficiencies in the original chlorine drying process:the addition of sulfuric acid often exceeds the theoretical value;the analysis of discharged dilute sulfuric acid concentration lags behind.The proposed transformation scheme is to add on-line monitoring devices and automatic devices to improve the process control of chlorine gas drying by sulfuric acid.After transformation is made,the number of concentrated sulfuric acid water pump is reduced,the manual sampling frequency is reduced,energy and consumption are reduced,and the safety and environmental risk is effectively reduced.
