摘要 以偏氯乙烯、丙烯腈、丙烯酸丁酯为单体,异戊烷为发泡剂,65℃下悬浮聚合制备低温热膨胀微球。用激光粒度分析仪、热机械分析仪、光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对膨胀微球进行表征,结果表明(质量分数)丙烯酸丁酯、30%(质量分数)异戊烷合成的热膨胀微球具有优异的发泡性能,其起始发泡温度为98℃,终止发泡温度为136℃,稳泡温程为38℃,发泡倍率为75.7%。 Low-temperature thermal expansion microspheres were prepared by suspension polymerization at 65 X^.with vinylidene chloride,acrylonitrile and butyl acrylate as monomers and isopentane as foaming agent.The expanded microspheres were characterized by laser particle size analyzer,thermomechanical analyzer,optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the thermal expansion microspheres synthesized by 4%(mass fraction)butyl acrylate and 30%(mass fraction)isopentane had excellent foaming properties:the initial foaming temperature was 98℃,the end foaming temperature was 136℃,the bubble stability temperature range was 38℃,and the foaming ratio was 75.7%.
