摘要
目前地铁工程钢筋格栅多采用人工焊接方式,焊接过程繁琐且费时费力,效率低,劳动强度高,质量难以控制,为此研究一套由6个配套设备和1个计算机控制中心组成的地铁格栅智能焊接系统,通过控制中心使多种设备协同工作,可实现全过程智能焊接,提高钢能焊接的速度与准确度,减少人工成本,提高工作效率。
At present,the steel grille of subway engineering mostly adopts manual welding method.The welding process is cumbersome,time-consuming and laborious,has low efficiency and high labor intensity,and is difficult to control quality.For the above,a set of subway grid intelligent welding system composed of 6 supporting devices and 1 computer control center is studied.The grid intelligent welding system enables multiple devices to work together through the control center,which can realize entire process of intelligent welding,improve speed and accuracy of steel welding,reduce labor costs,and improve work efficiency.
