盾构施工始发基准环前置施工技术

PRE-CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF INITIAL DATUM RING FOR SHIELD CONSTRUCTION

盾构施工始发基准环是用于确保盾构负环安装真圆度的装置,通过控制负环真圆,进而控制成型隧道的真圆度。一般情况下盾构始发期间需用7-10环负环,由于距离长负环管片常会出现扭动和变形导致正环管片失圆。针对这一缺点将基准环前置,有效控制了管片拼装质量,提高了分体始发施工效率。

The initial datum ring for shield construction is a device used to ensure roundness of the shield negative ring installation.By controlling true roundness of the shield negative ring,the roundness of the formed tunnel is controlled.Under normal circumstances,7〜10 negative rings are needed during the start of the shield.Due to long distance,the negative ring segments often twist and deform,causing the positive ring segments to be out of round.In response to this shortcoming,the datum ring is placed in front,which effectively controls quality of the segment assembly and improves efficiency of the split initial construction.
