新时期高校基层团组织建设现状分析及其路径探究

Current Situation Analysis and Path Exploration of Colleges Grassroots League Organization Construction in Colleges and Universities in the New Period

团的十八届二中全会指提出,全团必须紧紧围绕当好党的助手和后备军这一重要政治定位,大力推进团的基层建设。基层是共青团一切工作的基础,基层组织是共青团所有工作的主战场。面对新的形势和要求,高校团组织建设仍然存在高校中团员先进性不强、团支部凝聚力不足、团干部能力素质不高等突出问题。笔者结合基层团组织建设存在的问题和实际工作分析,提出突出一个核心,加强思想引领力;聚焦两个重点,增强组织凝聚力;实现三大目标,注重育人服务力;做好四个项目,提升团的组织力等四个方面对策,以试改变新时期高校基层团组织现状。

According to the second plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,the whole league must focus on the important political position of being a good assistant and reserve force of the party,and vigorously promote the grass roots construction of the Communist Youth League.The grass roots are the foundation of all the work of the Communist Youth League;The basic-level organization is the main battlefield of all the work of the Communist Youth League.Faced with the new situation and requirements,there still exist some outstanding problems in the construction of the organization of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,such as the lack of the advanced nature of the league members and cohesive force of the Youth League branch,and the poor ability and quality of the League Cadres.Combined with the analysis of the existing problems and practical work in the construction of basic organization of the Communist Youth League,I put forward four countermeasures in order to change the current situation of Grass-root Organizations of Youth League in colleges and universities in the new period,including highlighting one core and strengthening ideological leadership;focusing on two key points and enhancing organizational cohesion;realizing three major goals and focusing on education and service;doing well in four projects and improving the organizational strength of the Communist Youth League.
