生成与蜕变——当代国家重大题材主题性雕塑创作研究

Creation and Metamorphosis:An Analysis on Sculpture of Major Themes in Contemporary China

与其他美术门类相比,主题性雕塑在描绘历史事件、传达民族精神和体现中国气派上有着独特的优势,这使得近年来在国家重大题材美术创作项目中雕塑作品的纪念性特征和艺术的社会功能得到了充分发挥。本文通过分析21世纪以来国家重大题材美术创作项目中的代表性雕塑作品与重要雕塑家,试图探讨当代国家重大题材主题性雕塑创作所呈现的特点与面貌,认为当代主题性雕塑创作具有强烈的纪念性特征,当代雕塑创作者主体意识得到进一步凸显,并且在这些作品中看到了传统审美理想的复兴。

Themed sculpture has its unique advantages over other branches of art in depicting historic events,conveying national spirits and demonstrating the Chinese style.As a result,the monumental nature and social functions of art in sculptures have been given a full play in art creation projects of major themes in China over the past few years.Through analysing representative works and critical sculptors in themed sculpture projects on major themes in contemporary China since the 21 st century,this article discusses the features and characteristics reflected by those sculptures,and proposes that themed sculpture today reflects a strong monumental feature,more highlighted subjective consciousness of their creators,and a reviving tendency of traditional aesthetic ideals.
